Thought Pattern Change through Embodied Repetition
Affirmations aren’t about pretending things are okay. They are repetitive reprogramming to find the attitudes, blocks, and limits of your mind. We pay attention to what’s running in the background and creatively choose new thoughts. In my approach, affirmations are tools, codes, and companions that help rewrite the old scripts we've been carrying, into a beautiful, new existence.
In our one-on-one session, we’ll slow down and notice what beliefs are shaping your world. Often it begins with just one word or phrase. From there, we’ll follow the “Thought Train” to see where it leads. As we uproot, we will replace with positive new beliefs.
My approach is shaped by my own healing work and techniques I used to re-wire my thinking. Over time, I’ve developed my own set of exercises that mix repetition with creativity, movement, and meaning. I have a very playful approach and hold a space for honest, kind reflection.
