  • The Meridian Wand has become one of my most used self care tools. I have particularly loved exploring the many functions it has, from pressure points to fascia stripping to stretching. Many self care tools are made from materials such as plastic, rubber, or metal, which I don’t find to be very enjoyable. Being handcrafted from wood, the Meridian Wand helps me connect back to nature, even when in my home. It reminds me that my body is a landscape to be curious of, that needs proper tending to.
